透過團隊系統性訓練，幫助學員在成績上尋求突破，減少受傷。課程內容包括體能訓練、跑姿改善、間歇跑、節奏跑等。設有不同強度小組，歡迎各程度學員加入。主教練陳鐘遠為全職運動員，馬拉松全程最佳時間2小時33分。時間：逢星期二及星期四，晚上7:30地點：跑馬地／九龍灣／將軍澳收費：港幣$399/月＊由於疫情關系，團體訓練已於2022年2月初起暫停，現時報名學員會在訓練恢復後獲通知。

針對學員自身程度及需要，教練會與學員一起制定合理訓練計劃及目標， 並在過程中適時檢討及調整，以確保學員能循序漸進，達到原訂目標。因應體育處所暫停開放，訓練將會於戶外配以簡單器材進行。收費：港幣$500/節

TRX（Total Body Resistance Exercise）是一懸吊式阻抗訓練。其多變既特性，透過運用訓練者自身既重量，能鍛鍊身體不同部位既肌肉，媲美健身中心器材效果。由於TRX訓練器材輕巧、容易安裝，適合教練／學員攜帶到不同地方進行練習。收費：港幣$500/節

A live & dry blood analysis appointment, where a drop of your blood is put under the microscope to be professionally analysed. You see your blood on a screen magnified 1000x, Shirah will discuss what is being seen and will lead to a report highlighting the indications in your blood as well as recommendations for diet and supplementation based on the information in your blood. Your dry blood sample will be analysed after your appointment and a follow up report sent to you via email.
