This session is £250 ! You will get an hour in Greenwich park or local areas and get a same day online gallery! When you book I’ll send you an email to confirm payment and then we meet! It is always advised you bring your dogs treats leads and collar, harness is hard to edit out so please only bring if you want it in the photos! We can handle any type of dog just please make us aware of any issues before hand. This is for one dog each extra dog will be an added charge of £35.(1 HOUSE HOLD ONLY) different owners must pay independently. 

Prior to commencing any treatment sessions, an initial consultation is required. Initial consultations are carried out via Zoom, or an alternative video calling system if preferred, and will usually last 20-25 minutes. The initial consultation will include the following: Completion of a Client Record Form – this gathers general information about you, including your full name, address, telephone number, occupation etc.A discussion about your expectations of the therapy, and your goals or hoped for outcomes.Information about Hypnotherapy, and an opportunity to ask any questions or discuss any concerns you may have about the session/s.A full case history, where relevant, to gather pertinent information about you and your conditions/issues, which will be utilised to strengthen the therapeutic outcome and help you meet your goals. Following this initial consultation there is no obligation to commence hypnotherapy sessions.

Each session is much more than just hypnosis. We start by exploring the positive things that have happened over the last week which, establishing positive thought patterns which helps you deal with life in between sessions. We'll explore how these positive things cause you to feel, helping you visualise small steps towards your new goals which then become more achievable. The process supports you to think using your 'Intellectual Brain', your Left Prefrontal Cortex. When we think from this section of our brain, we mostly get things right in life as it's rational and makes appropriate assessments of situations in life. We cannot always change the events in our life, but with practice, we are able to change the way we decide to think about them. Each session will last 50-55 Minutes.
