Gentle Mat Pilates (Traditional-Based) A small-group Mat Pilates class (maximum 6 participants) focused on building real, functional strength in a calm and supportive environment.Classes follow the classical Pilates mat repertoire, taught at a steady pace with thoughtful variations and minimal use of props. Exercises may include spinal articulation, core and leg work, side-lying series, kneeling and standing movements, adapted as needed. Suitable for Pre-Pilates to Beginner 1–2 and those returning to movement. Options are always offered, with an emphasis on control, alignment, and quality of movement over intensity.**Pricing**A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. This class is currently offered at an introductory rate while it grows. As it becomes an established semi-private class, pricing will gradually move toward its standard rate of $15–$18.50 per session.
