We will meet in a public location for tea or  a bite to eat. Discuss what your goals are and what you are looking for me as your doula. How best I can assist you and your family needs. If we agree that I am good fit for you and your a good fit for me then we discuss further the next steps.

This gives you full access to me with my business line and personal line. I will attend if you wish two dr appointments, full birth, and two visits after a birth. We will go over options you have, education on different poisitons, breathing techniques, and all other questions that may arise. Even though it says 8 hours you have me for complete pregnancy and a couple weeks after till you see no need for me!
