A quiet hour to pause and receive. We begin with grounding and a brief check-in, move into time for Reiki and rest, then close with space to notice what’s present. Come as you are; there’s nothing you need to perform.

Time to receive and make meaning of what you notice. Grounding, breathwork, Reiki, and somatic awareness meet guided reflection, journaling prompts, and intention setting. A little more room for the feelings and questions that may accompany grief, change, or a season of carrying a lot.

Care belongs in community. A limited number of 60-minute Reiki sessions are offered at a reduced rate for those experiencing financial barriers. The same time and attention, with no explanation or proof of need required.
