The experience includes selected local Puglian wine, water, and local appetizers, followed by the preparation of the dough from scratch and the making of authentic handmade orecchiette. During the class, you will choose between two traditional sauces and cook the orecchiette you have prepared, before enjoying the dish and finishing with a traditional Italian coffee.
All of this takes place in an authentic Puglian atmosphere, in small groups, creating an intimate and engaging experience.
