Stage 1 training introduces you to the fundamentals as an Airport Staff. This stage covers the role of Self Check-in Attendant, Manual Check-in Agent, Lounge Attendant, and Gate Agent. 

Stage 2 training covers all onboard procedures as a Cabin Crew. This stage covers in-flight fundamentals such as pre-flight services, Meal Services, and more.

Upon completion of Stage 2, you will sit a closed-book Qualification Exam under supervised conditions. The exam is out of 60 marks and the time limit is 1 hour and 15 minutes. You will need a minimum of 70% (42/60) to achieve a pass. There are 2 sections in the exam. You will be tested on your Cabin Crew Knowledge in Section A. All answers can be found in the Cabin Crew Guide. Section B will test your Scenario Handling mindset. You will not be given any support for this section. Therefore, you will have to use your own knowledge to overcome the situation stated in the questions.

Learning ObjectivesBy the end of the training, participants will be able to: Understand the challenges guests face at the airport and how to reduce their stress. Make a strong first impression through professional meet-and-greet behaviours. Deliver clear, confident, and engaging transfer, see-off, and see-in speeches. Apply key public speaking skills: audience awareness, confident delivery, and clear communication. Continuously reflect and improve their communication style.

Session Overview This training session is designed to equip Destination Management Company (DMC) partners with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools needed to respond effectively to incidents and crises involving easyJet holidays customers. You’ll learn how to identify the severity of incidents, follow the correct escalation procedures, and deliver compassionate, professional on-the-ground support.Through real-world scenarios, you’ll explore the use of the DMC Playbook, communication protocols, and best practices in preserving life, maintaining customer wellbeing, and safeguarding easyJet holidays’ reputation. Learning Objectives This training will prepare DMC partners to respond confidently and professionally to customer incidents and crises. Participants will learn how to assess situations, follow the correct escalation procedures, use the DMC Playbook, and provide compassionate, on-the-ground support—ensuring customer safety and protecting easyJet holidays' reputation.
