A four-hand ritual to unwind your whole back. A soothing, relaxing massage works through the back and shoulders, easing the stiffness that builds up from long days, desk work or stress. At the same time, Tibetan singing bowls are placed on your lower back, upper back and shoulders, their vibrations spreading through the muscles and deepening the release. Ideal if you feel tension in your back, spend long hours sitting, or simply want to let go. Benefits: – Relieves tension in the back and shoulders – Deep relaxation of body and mind – Vibrations that reach deep into the muscles – Leaves you lighter and more at ease

A very gentle treatment for light, refreshed legs. Following manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) protocols, the touch is extremely light, slow and rhythmic. We first open the main lymphatic pathways (diaphragm, abdomen and groin), then work along the legs from the thighs down to the feet, helping excess fluid drain away naturally. Ideal if your legs feel heavy, tired or swollen, after a long flight or long hours standing or sitting, or to support recovery after surgery (with your surgeon's approval). Benefits: – Relieves heavy, tired legs – Reduces swelling and water retention – Supports circulation and recovery – A feeling of lightness from hips to feet

A gentle, soothing treatment for a lighter, calmer belly. With slow, light and rhythmic movements, this massage awakens the natural flow around the abdomen. It helps release bloating and water retention, supports comfortable digestion and leaves the belly soft and relaxed. Ideal if you feel bloated or heavy, experience digestive discomfort or water retention, or after abdominal surgery to support a gentle recovery (with your surgeon's approval). Benefits: – Eases bloating and digestive discomfort – Reduces water retention – Supports a gentle recovery after surgery – A light, comfortable, relaxed belly
