During a ‘Crystal Healing and Aura Cleanse’ session I am using crystals as a guide to unblocking and balancing your energy centers. When our energy centers are not in balance they affect our emotional well being as well as our physical well being. Some examples of symptoms of unbalanced/blocked energy centers are: frequent headaches, constipation, anxiety, depression, recurring sore throat, recurring cough, muscle spasms etc. During the session I am using a pendulum as well as crystals/stones to clear out any energetic blocks in your energetic body. After that I will invite Reiki into each main energy centers in your body so they are balanced. Once I have opened every energetic blockage, I will then cleanse your aura. I will be using my intuition to focus in and channel reiki to any place in your body that needs it. Reiki works to activate the natural healing process in your body to help you purge, process and move through any emotional blockages that may be hindering you from feeling motivated, energized, at peace and physically healthy. Reiki can be sent to the past, present and future. Which means that a practitioner doesn’t have to only focus on what is going on in the present moment. They can send healing energy to a future event or time so that when that event happens to you, you are receiving the healing energy during that time. After your Reiki session you will receive a short voice note with information of what I felt, saw and sensed during your session as well as some guidance from your spirit team.
