Our next ‘Sunday Solas’ dance we are going to have on the 14th of August in the morning from 11am until 1pm. We will go for a swim and maybe the Dun Laoghaire market for some lunch after if you would like to join us. Sunday Solas  is a bi-weekly event where souls come together on the dance floor with open hearts in gratitude. It is a practice for those who wish to expand their self- awareness within the dance. As a practice, dance is dynamic - rather than a static form of meditation.
