This is a 1-on-1 training session with Head Trainer Jake Tillery, designed to be highly detailed and intentional. These sessions focus on the small but important details that are often missed in larger group settings.

Small Group Training provides a competitive, focused environment with individualized coaching in a group setting. These sessions allow athletes to work on skill development, fundamentals, and game situations while still receiving detailed instruction and feedback that goes beyond typical large-group workouts.
