Indoor dog run area 

如需一起預約全空間，可於後續資料填寫頁點擊「新增其他預約」按鈕。/空間使用細則（預約前請詳閱）費用皆為未稅價，可開立發票（總價外加5％稅金）。以匯款方式支付訂金、尾款所需手續費，皆不包含於費用內。費用以預約填表時長為準，若在預約時段內提前結束拍攝，不予以退費或折價。攝影棚進場總人數以20位為上限，若人數超過20位，每人酌收 150元/hr 費用（離場時收款）。寵物進場加價500元，並請事先完成除蚤、梳理毛髮，以及自行攜帶地毯或地墊，鋪墊在地板上作為毛小孩喝水、休息區域。請注意預約時間，遲到不順延，當天可提早15分鐘入場，延後15分鐘撤場，若臨時需要延長使用，可視後方時段有無預約提供加時服務，若沒有加時，超過使用時間 15分鐘以上，以半小時場租費用計算，以此類推。若選擇單租化妝間方案，攝影團隊欲提早進場準備或場佈需提前告知， 提早進場無開機拍攝準備或場佈無使用冷氣，以全區域租借方案費用半價收費，如使用冷氣則以全空間租借方案計算。入場至玄關處請脱鞋，若需要穿鞋拍攝，請先將鞋子底部擦拭乾淨並貼上膠帶。請注意現場設施以及閣樓等高低差，如個人行為受傷，本場地恕不負責。空間內有偵煙裝置，煙霧可能會誤觸火災警報，室內禁菸（含電子菸、加熱菸品），並禁止使用會造成環境髒亂或空氣不好之道具。如需使用220V電壓，每小時加收$200元。除吧台內私人物品不外借，現場物件皆可使用，但請愛惜若有毀損原價賠償，並於離場前將道具、家具復原歸位。如希望無縫牆牆全白，請於租借前一週告知並酌收4,000元為您油漆。（因無縫牆容易有使用痕跡，可於拍攝前主動詢問現場狀況）無縫牆轉角處若有破損則根據修繕費用照價賠償，因無縫牆末端有弧度的區域，結構相對脆弱，提醒您不要踩踏或放置重物。飲食區域僅限吧台桌，若在撤場後發現有較嚴重且無法復原的地板污漬，需酌收場地清潔費用5,000元，因空間水泥地板無防護層，當油脂類滴落即無法清理，萬一不小心滴到地板請於第一時間以清水擦除，可以避免大部分髒污問題。空間不提供垃圾袋，也無代收垃圾服務，離場時請您將垃圾一併帶走。預約日7天內取消不退訂金。可於此預約系統直接提出取消申請。預約日前14天取消退50％訂金；預約日前30天取消退90％訂金，取消與訂金退款方式請私訊粉絲專頁。取消預約者，退款之匯款手續費由承租方負擔。
