Pitchers will learn Rotational Pitching that focuses on proper and healthy body mechanics, ball control and pitch consistency. Training will prioritize spin and athletic longevity, while working to build a strong foundation and mental game so pitchers can reach their full potential.This options offers a discount of a total of $20 when you book 4 one hour sessions in advance.

Our inside and out Detail consists of a carpet clean, a complete interior clean, and an outside wash and detail including wheel and tire clean. it can take up to an hour and a half depending on the car. you can bring it to us and drop it off. Or you can sit in the comfort of your home and we will come to you but that requires a hose hookup and a power hookup. 

*No Preference - your Sozo team could be all women, or a man and a woman.SOZO sessions are typically 2 hours.  

* Female Led -  The Sozo team scheduled for your session will be led by a woman as the "first" and the "second" will either be a woman or a man.  If you prefer all female, please specify this in the comment section of your booking.SOZO sessions are typically 2 hours.
