Our Group STRENGTH Training class is held in our ocean view studio. Our focus is to tone and strengthen all major muscle groups. Dumbbells, bars, and plates are provided for you and will help you challenge yourself to your potential!

A half hour of cardio, strength and core work. Be ready to sweat!

This session is done via proxy (practitioner stands in for you) which means you do not need to be available during the session and distance is not a factor. The energy shift comes from the subconscious mind
