Make the Change is a coaching package for anyone keen to commit to making tangible changes in their life. This package is four months in length, with two coaching sessions per month.Please pay for your first month's coaching fees via this link, and book in your first session. Once the booking is complete, you will be emailed the link to book your second coaching session of the month.

The accountability package is available for anyone who has completed the 'Make the Change' coaching process, 'The Reform Coaching Framework' or one of my retreats (including The Reform Retreat and Destiny Project). One 75-90 minute session per month.

It’s not all just about having beautiful nails. It’s important to look after our hands too. Think about what you put your hands through on a daily basis and the impact this can have on them. A manicure is the perfect way to look after your nails and hands. The treatment starts with filing and shaping your nails for your desired look. Dead cuticle is then removed which also stimulates the nail matrix and encourages growth. Next, a gentle exfoliation of the hand to remove dead skin cells followed by a hand mask to soften the skin. Once the mask has worked it’s magic, a mini massage is performed on each hand to stimulate circulation and improve lymphatic drainage. Once we’ve got your hands in tip-top shape, we finish with a gel polish of your choice. Gel polish is designed to last for around two weeks without chipping or fading. As the gel polish is cured, you don’t need to wait around for you nails to dry and can go about your day as normal. Please allow up to 1.5 hours for your appointment and consultation. With regular maintenance, the appointment times will decrease over time, however, I like to ensure you leave with the best possible results.***Removal***  If you require gel polish from a previous treatment to be removed, please choose this as an add on when making your booking. The cost for this is an additional £5 and a 20% deposit is required when booking. Please allow up to an additional 30 minutes for removal.  ***Monthly Prize Draw***  Every month I run a prize draw to be in the chance of winning a £25 gift voucher to spend on any treatment of your choice. When you feel good on the outside, you feel good on the inside. Keep your nails in tip top, perfect shape with gel polish. More commonly known as Shellac (Shellac is a brand of gel polish created by CND), gel polish is designed to last around two to three weeks without chipping and maintaining shine.  In my salon I use Halo gel polish by Pure Nails. An added benefit of this product is it’s cruelty free so we’re looking after our furry friends! I stock a wide range of colours to suit every preference. From deep reds to bright neon blues, all you need to do is choose the colour you love most.  The treatment starts by filing and shaping your nails to your desired look. Dead cuticle is then removed which helps to stimulate the nail matrix and promote nail growth. The treatment is finished with a colour of your choice and cuticle oil to nourish the nail beds. As the gel is cured, there’s no waiting around for your nails to dry so you can go about your day as normal.  Please allow approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes for your appointment and consultation.
