In this hands-on class, kids will explore how simple ingredients can be transformed into a refreshing, floral drink. We’ll learn about lavender on the farm, mix and blend our own frappes, and experience how flavors come together.  This class blends garden exploration with kitchen creativity, giving kids a chance to make and enjoy their own handcrafted drink sample. 

In this hands-on class, students will explore how colors can come from the natural world. We’ll experiment with creating our own paints by smashing, mixing, and working with flowers, leaves, and other plant materials to see what colors they produce.Using their handmade paints, they’ll design and create their own nature-inspired pieces.Along the way, we’ll talk about why plants have different colors and how people have used plants to make color throughout history. This class blends creativity, curiosity, and a little bit of messy exploration—helping kids see the beauty and possibility in the world around them.

In this hands-on class, kids will step into traditional building methods by creating their own adobe bricks using simple, natural materials. We’ll mix and form a building mixture, learning how people have used the earth around them to build homes for generations.Kids will get their hands dirty as they mix, shape, and mold their own bricks, discovering how texture, moisture, and materials all play a role in the final result.Along the way, we’ll talk about how adobe works, why it’s been used for so long, and how natural materials can be both strong and sustainable. This class blends history, science, and hands-on building—giving kids a chance to create something real from the ground beneath their feet.

One on one private Sewing Lesson for beginning sewist. 2 HOUR MINIMUM!!This service is for anyone with a little to no knowledge of sewing or using a sewing machineSewing machine is not required,but please have the following prior to lesson:Scissors1 yard of fabric (cotton preferred) RulerAll remaining supplies will be provide! 4 hour excursion. On this tour we get a chance to see the back side of the resorts and explore some of the forestry.  We'll stop at Bluff Lake for lunch (you bring or you can have us add it to your tour), and then continue on to a magical vista where you can almost see Catalina (we did say almost), and then return from the back side of Bear Mountain.  There are many opportunities for photos along the way.

2 hour excursion.  This tour goes around the lake, stops at the dam for a photo op, continues through the village and finishes with a trip through Moonloaf.  We take our time enjoy the views of Big Bear Lake!
