Come down to our studio for a 45 minute Yoga class taken by our fully qualified yoga instructor Alex.Our wellness morning starts off with a 45 minute yoga class upstairs, once that is finished we go down and relax with a cup of tea or coffee. Smoothies, acai bowls, toasties and much more will also be available.
