This session is performed via Zoom, Phone or Email. Sessions last 60 minutes. The 3 sessions need to be used within 3 weeks. Please only book this bundle if that is possible for you, otherwise the single session is the best option for you.  Please note that if you purchase a 3 session bundle, you can only book the first date on the online booking system. You will need to email me with the next two times and dates of your choice for the following two weeks.These are deep healing sessions. We will focus on an area of your choice and I will use the Body Code/Emotion Code/Belief Code as the subconscious directs, or as per your preference. This bundle can also be used for IFS informed energy healing. (Internal Family Systems). 

This is a deep quantum healing using Body Code, Emotion Code, and Belief Code according to your preference, or as your subconscious mind directs. I also include a wider range of energy healing charts and protocols as the need arises.This session includes a somatic (embodied) meditation at the beginning. This is to empower you to become more embodied as you go forwards, allowing emotions to be fully felt when they arise, and to therefore flow through you, rather than continue to be trapped. It also includes  Reiki healing at the end, a deeply relaxing and calming energy, sending unconditional love and universal life force to all areas of your body.This session is performed via Zoom, Phone or Email. If your session is by email, there is no meditation so you simply receive more releases (if the body allows) and more reiki at the end.

We will focus on an area of your choice and I will use the Body Code/Emotion Code or Belief Code as the subconscious directs or as per your preference. This session is performed via email only. The session ends with a short reiki healing. This session is perfect for adults who prefer a remote session by email. I will be in touch once you have booked to ask for more information about the issue or issues you want me to work on and which modality you prefer. A full report of everything released or rebalanced is sent after the session.Remote email sessions are just as effective as face to face Zoom sessions.
