A tax counselor will not complete more than one tax year return during an appointment.  Appointments are monitored & multiple bookings are reviewed.Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete a required IRS Form 13614-C, Intake Interview & Quality Review Sheet.  Allow at least 2 hours for your return to be completed           You must bring:Tax Information such as Forms W-2, 1099, 1098, 1095. Social Security Cards or ITIN letters for all persons on your tax return.A copy of a picture ID (such as a valid driver's license) of you and your spouse.You are responsible for the information on your return.
