We have several exercises classes running such as; a Lower Back class and a General Strength and Conditioning class. Individual exercise sessions can also be arranged. Should you be interested in joining on of these classes. Please can you book a physiotherapy assessment so we can establish where your strengths and weaknesses are, so we can slot you into the appropriate class. Contact us for our rates.

During the COVID-19 pandemic we are also offering online sessions, for those who are wanting to be cautious or in quarantine. Your physio appointment will be a video session and where we are able to assess you in detail and give you advise on how to manage your condition.
