Our ever popular Silver Swans classes designed for over 50 but age isn't an issue. Whether you have donned a pair of ballet shoes or not this is a unique and fun filled dance class with a great community spirit. Ballet improves posture, coordinationa, ballance and flexibility accompanied to superb piano music a mixture of classical pop classics and musical. The level is low to moderate but if you want more challenge, suggest attending the Ballex class on Tuesday evening. Silver Swans and adults beginners ballet at home on Tuesday mornings. The online format follows the same content as face to face class with barre centre stretch allegro and warm down.
