An relaxing 1 hr session inside our hyperbaric chamber to breathe in 100% pure oxygen. The space is made comfortable with pillows and blankets, alternatively you can bring in your laptop/ phone and do work.

Come relax for 30 minutes in the recovery compression pants. Th erecovery pants help with cirulation, muscle recovering and mobilising lactic acid.
