Dit betreft een losse verhuur van alléén de IR-sauna voor ca. 50 minuten.Het uur bestaat uit:Na aankomst Noard 65, loopt er iemand van ons mee. Er wordt door ons een inschatting gemaakt van hoe lang en hoe krachtig de IR-sauna geprogrammeerd wordt. (10 minuten)Daadwerkelijke sauna-gang (20 tot max. 30 minuten)Aankleden en teruglopen naar de receptie (10 minuten) Onze infrarood sauna is goed voor:de spieren en gewrichteneen stukje pijnverlichting bij: Reuma, Artrose, Fibromyalgie en de ziekte van Bechterewhuidproblemen zoals: acne, eczeem, psoriasis en dermatitisweerstand verhogendWeetjes:Onze IR sauna heeft: A, B en C stralen, is dus 3 in 1.Maximaal 30 minuten.Voorverwarmen van de sauna is niet nodig, de A- en B-straling beginnen gelijk, maar dat voel je eerst nog niet.Wel voel je vrij snel de C-straling: het gaat warm worden in de cabine.De B-straling bereikt een diepte van 1 mm en de A-straling gaat tot  4-5 mm.Je gaat zweten en daarom een eigen handdoek meenemen!Kom je voor gewrichten/spieren/pijnverlichting? Te warm? Dan mag je gerust de deur open doen want het stralingsdoel is niet de cabine maar jouw lichaam :)Kom je voor huidproblemen? Te warm? Dan raden we je aan de sauna sessie op dat moment te verkorten. Klaarblijkelijk moeten we het wat langzamer opbouwen, want uiteindelijk is het voor de meeste mensen mogelijk 30 minuten te genieten van de warmte.Vanaf 3 jaar mag je in de sauna, maar dan maximaal 5-15 minuten.Let op:Alle reserveringen van 09:00 - 12:30 uur zijn gegarandeerd.Reserveringen vanaf 13:00 uur zijn onder voorbehoud.Boekingen voor de verhuur van de complete wellness krijgen voorrang op de losse IR-sauna verhuur.Jouw reservering kan 4 uur van tevoren verschoven worden op dezelfde- of een andere dag.Wanneer er met jou een andere afspraak gemaakt wordt, dan krijg je deze behandeling gratis.Ook is een 10-rittenkaart mogelijk à € 180,00. De IR-sauna is niet-rolstoel toegankelijk.Eigen handdoeken (2 stuks) meenemen.Na boeking nemen wij persoonlijk contact op voor een definitieve afstemming.
