A journey to self connection with a 3 part meditation package that is tailored to your state of being. The meditations are personal to you and are sent as mp3 so can be listened to frequently. Whether you are experienced or not, these meditations are guided and created for YOU specifically. 

Answer a questionnaire which enables me to get to the nitty gritty of what you are requiring, I will then create a 10 minute guided meditation for you which is recorded and sent to be able to download and listen to again and again. Meditations can cover most personal development topics and listened to frequently allow you to connect to your higher power and self. 

During these sessions we work on creating a new story for your life and clearing any energy that may be in the way.  We balance the energy systems, body systems and work on generational issues, we also work on mindset tools and create affirmations to help you move forward quickly.  Great for twice a month or monthly to help keep you in balance. You do not get a full written report with this session as that will be given in person on the session.  However, you will receive a summary and a few affirmations and recommendations from the session by email.

This session is great for busy clients.  You can have the work done and integrate when you read the report.  It's simple and easy.  You simply send me your intention and I remotely work on cleaning up the energy.   I balance the energy systems, body systems and work on generational issues, I also work on mindset tools and create affirmations to help you move forward quickly.  Great for twice a month or monthly to help keep you in balance.  The full report will be emailed to you within 2 business days of your session.
