Buchbar nur nach Erstgespräch. Ich begleitete bereits einige Wissenschaftlerinnen.Es geht um..- Selbstmanagement (zB in Stress-Situationen, mehrfach Anforderungen in unterschiedlichen Rollen in Ihrem Leben etc.),- Selbstfindung als Voraussetzung für Personal Branding (Webseite, Stiftungsgründung, Texte für Soziale Medien etc. werden begleitet und ggf. inhaltlich überarbeitet, sodass sie verständlicher sind - keine Rechtschreibkorrekturen),- mehr Ausgewogenheit im Leben im Einklang mit den besonderen Herausforderungen in diesem Beruf,- Kommunikation und Konfliktlösungen (zB mit wissenschaftlichen Kolleg*innen),- Resilienz und mentale Stärke- private Themen (zB in Familie und Partnerschaft wie auch bezüglich Sport und Gesundheit)- eine berufliche Veränderung.Häufig arbeite ich mit KlientInnen, die eine Liebe zum Sport haben, das ist jedoch kein Muss.Leistungen, die inbegriffen sind:- ein Coaching. Dauer je Einheit 60 Minuten.- eine Mitschrift nach dem Coaching.- Vorbereitung jedes Folge-Coachings aufbauend auf Ihrem Rückmeldebogen (den ich mitliefere).Ich empfehle dieses Coaching über einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten oder einem Jahr zu einzuplanen.Das Honorar ist abhängig von den besprochenen Konditionen im Erstgespräch. Ich halte meine Honorare seit Jahren stabil - ohne Preissteigerungen und bemühe mich stetig um steigende Qualität im Verwaltungsapparat durch kontinuierliche Prozessanpassung. Weitere Neuerungen zu Ihren Gunsten sind in 2023 geplant. Marktpreis-Transparenz - an der ich mich ausrichte: In der Sparte des obersten Managements und Vorstände wird für eine Stunde Coaching  360 Euro berechnet. Für Führungskräfte (Teamebene) bis zum mittleren Management liegen die Kosten bei 171 Euro (Teamführung) bis 260 Euro.WissenschaftlerInnen und Selbstständige: Bei dieser Zielgruppe wird im Mittel ein stündliches Honorar zwischen 171 Euro bis 250 Euro berechnet, da der Vor- und Nachbereitungsaufwand i.d.R. höher ist - aufgrund der inhaltlichen Komplexität.Eine Rolle bei der Honorargestaltung spielt der Betreuungsaufwand und der wirtschaftliche Wirkungsgrad. Ausserdem finden Berücksichtigung: die Vorbereitung wie die Nachbereitung, sowie Verwaltung und Betreuung rund um die Dienstleistung. Das stündliche Honorar ist auch abhängig von der Anzahl der gebuchten Stunden (auf eine Rechnung). Genaueres dazu gerne im Erstgespräch.Bitte beachten Sie bei den Differenzen zu anderen Anbietern, das sich dabei häufig die Ausbildungsqualität der Anbieter stark unterscheidet und auch das Angebot der inbegriffenen Leistungen. I provide Life or Entrepreneurship Coaching for an extended 2 hours instead of our standard 1 hour session.  You will be contacted with a Zoom link after booking to access our meeting at the specified time.  

Brian will be hosting a live poker session where he plays online poker and shares his screen with a small group of students, limited to only 4 students. The session will start at 7 pm Central Time, and Brian will share his screen for at least 6 hours until 1am. Students can join the session at any time during those 6 hours and are guaranteed to have access to the session and Brian's commentary until at least 1am. The students will be able to see exactly what Brian sees on his screen, including the cards he's dealt, the bets he makes, and the actions of the other players. As Brian plays, he will provide live commentary, explaining his thought process and the reasoning behind his plays. This small group setting and the extended time will allow for more personalized attention and interaction with Brian, and students will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive more specific feedback and guidance. This will give the students an inside look at how a professional poker player approaches the game, and they will be able to learn from Brian's experience and expertise. Overall, it will be an interactive and educational experience that allows students to gain a deeper understanding of the strategies and techniques used to be successful at online poker.
