A targeted résumé, is a résumé specifically tailored for the job that you want to secure due to being framed to a specific job position, a targeted résumé has a higher chance of passing both the HR manual selection process, and the automatic ATS systems designed to filter out irrelevant applications. By framing your résumé, in a certain way, you outshine candidates with more generic one size fits all résumés. You are easily able to pass the automatic HR filters. Recruiters are using ATS to automatically filter out candidates based on predefined key words. A target résumé easily passes all checks with flying colors.

A chronological résumé is a standard résumé format that lists your work history in reverse chronological order, starting with your most recent job, listed at the top in each previous position in descending order. The chronological résumé continues to be the most popular format in 2023 because it accommodates people with any experience level and presents your qualifications in a logical time order fashion that is easy for a higher manager to read.

A concise and compelling cover letter is your first chance to stand out, and be considered a strong candidate amongst tough competition. Immediately, emphasizing your key strengths will help sell you grabbing the readers attention and increases the likelihood of progression through the selection process. A cover letter is an important way to showcase how your unique combination of skills and experience meet the key requirements of a job description. It is your chance to show a clear link between your knowledge experience in abilities and the needs of the employer.

Please note these days are only open to children currently having lessons at Featherbed. We do sometimes have availability for new children to join but please get in touch for further details and availability.9.30 to 3.30 Stable days consist of a range of activities during the days. They include a riding lesson, practical stable activities, lots of learning and lots of fun.

Please be considerate and cancel any notary appointments at least 12 hours in advance. Please bring all original documents and indicate how many documents are to be notarized. If there are more than 5 documents, please call the library to make special arrangements. Notary services are free for up to 10 notarized documents per family, per month. $1.25 per notarized page will be charged thereafter. Please note that some documents require witnesses. The library does not notarize real estate documents, but we do notarize last wills and testaments, powers of attorneys, health proxies, etc. All of these require witnesses. Library staff cannot be a witness to notarized documents. You MUST bring your own witnesses. Please refrain from asking other patrons to act as witnesses, as it can be disruptive.

Completed Form DS-11 printed or filled out in black ink. Do NOT sign your form before the appointment. Valid identification: usually a driver’s license or previously issued valid passport, but also Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship, US Military ID, or government employee ID. ID must have an identifiable photo. If applying with a minor (under 16), both parents must be present and have valid identification. If both parents can not be present, additional documentation is required. Minors ages 16 and 17 may submit their own identification or have one parent present to present with valid identification. Evidence of US citizenship: usually an original or certified birth certificate (no photocopies), original Certificate of Naturalization, or previously issued passport. Passport photograph of each applicant. The library is not equipped to take passport photos. Local options include CVS, AAA, Staples, Rite Aid, Walgreens. Payment to the US Department of State must be check or money order, with a separate check for each applicant. The $35 Processing Fee may be paid to the library with cash, check, or money order made out to the Morrill Memorial Library.

This introduction course for beginners will introduce you to the key principles of Visual Merchandising, Window Dressing / Design and Mannequin Styling.
