This cozy building has ADA compliant restrooms and a full kitchenette. The split-level design offers a fun and interesting layout for your gathering. Rentals available 7 days a week beginning at 8:00am. Monday-Thursday: $150/day Friday-Sunday: $250/day Can items be hung for decoration? Yes. Non-penetrating, removeable fastening methods are allowed to hang decorations. Is alcohol permitted at the location? Yes. Alcohol can be brought into the building on a BYOB basis. Alcohol sales are prohibited on the premises. What are the cleanup conditions? Trash cans emptied into dumpster, floors vacuumed, counters/tables wiped down, site utensils in dishwasher, no damage to property. When should cleanup be completed?
