Come join us and take some time to relax and enjoy the company of friends over an appetizing afternoon teatime experience. Catch up with friends while enjoying a cup of tea and good food. A perfect excuse for an afternoon get-together, filled with delectable treats and a variety of tea flavors. 

Last year we launched these events but only provided scones and jam. This year, we want to make the events into truly Lunch and Learn! Each event we host a special guest speaker to talk about their passion, art, business and share their enthusiasm whilst you learn a little about them. It is a wonderful way for singles to feel included and a perfect, safe and peaceful spot to get a few hours to enjoy. We offer a sandwich and side salad with dessert and tea. Cost is $25 plus tax. This allows you to rent the Clubhouse for 2 hours during an open timeframe.  Please be sure your event timeframe includes all time needed forDecorating and Setting UpCleaning Up and Restoring the Clubhouse to clean condition.Celebrating!For parties or events lasting more than 1 hour with decor and more than 10 guests, rentals over 3 hours are encouraged.Each total amount due includes a $100.00 refundable deposit in the total. (i.e. 2 hours @ $50 an hour, + 1 $100.00 refundable deposit= $200.00)

This allows you to rent the Clubhouse for 3 hours during an open timeframe.Please be sure your event timeframe includes all time needed forDecorating and Setting UpCleaning Up and Restoring the Clubhouse to clean condition.Celebrating!For parties or events lasting more than 2 hours with décor and more than 15 guests, rentals over 4 hours are encouraged.Each total amount due includes a $100.00 refundable deposit in the total. (i.e. 3 hours @ $50 an hour, + 1 $100.00 refundable deposit= $250.00)
