Do you want to improve your alignment and handstand abilities to enhance your gymnastics skills in CrossFit or calisthenics? The 3 hours Masterclass will cover - Dynamic warm up - Handstand specific mobility drills - Total body exercises to improve your gymnastics fitness and strength - Step by step process for handstand shaping and alignment -Moving past the fear and learning how to fall out of the handstand confidently - Balance drills and tips and tricks on how to achieve a longer static handstand hold - Free standing handstands and dynamic handstand exercises/handstand walking (ability dependent)
