Swedish massage is a very popular, it utilizes the use of hands, forearms, and/or elbows to manipulate the muscles. Although Swedish massage is categorized as a relaxation massage, it is a great way to gently get rid of knots.

This type of massage is aimed toward the deeper, underlying muscles based on where they start and finish. Similar to Swedish massage the techniques are designed to increase circulation and decrease tension. The pressure is intense and focused, allowing knots to be resolved quicker than with Swedish massage.
