New members looking to start using the park will need to complete this initial intro session.Someone will meet you at the park in order for you to be familiarized with the rules and procedures of the park.  You will also be given a few tips to make the most out of your time at geniUS Dog Park. All dogs will assessed to confirm their suitability for the space (done at the Intro). If you have any concerns, please chat to us before bringing your dog so that we can find the best way to accommodate you. This also includes your first month membership FREE OF CHARGE!The Intro Session is per family, not per dog. All your dogs can join for the session! You will need to provide proof of vaccination before the booking. You will be contacted before the booking with additional information. Once completed, clients will have access to the booking website and all future sessions can be booked online.

A private appointment at our fenced-off park with our qualified trainer to address any training or behavior concerns that you may be experiencing with your dogs. This may include park etiquette and behavior, reactivity, loose-leash walking, recall, as well as games, tricks and fun. The key elements will be helping you to understand your dog's communication strategies and needs as well as to strengthen your relationship with your dog. All training is force-free. You do not need to have completed an Intro Session to attend the training, as this can be incorporated into your training session.We cannot accommodate dogs who are aggressive towards humans at our training. If you have concerns, please be clear and upfront about this and we will do our best to accommodate you.
