A Japanese hands-on healing technique where Unconditional Love is channelled into the client's body releasing blockages and bringing the person into balance and harmony - the effect is a release of emotional, physical and spiritual pain. The client usually goes into a deep hypnotic state during sessions and experiences genuine relief. You can ask for a specific body pain or issue in your life to be focussed on during the session. Chakras are energy centres in the body much like stars are energy centres in the sky. I focus on 7 main ones which run from the bottom of your spine (Base chakra) up to just above the top of your head (Crown chakra) - they relate to 7 areas of your life. In this session I release old patterns and energy from each chakra, align your chakras with Mother Earth's chakras (sacred sites), do a traditional chakra balance and finish by sealing and protecting your aura. This blissful session includes Tibetan singing bowl sound healing and a guided chakra meditation. Commencing with a traditional smudging ceremony to clean your aura. Then inside to be guided through a relaxing essential oil technique to release the day's energy. Everyone comes into circle and we have a word from each women to know how you are today. Then an introduction to the evening's topic - we are basing our evenings on bringing Balance into our lives. Followed by sharing, energy work and closing by bringing you into alignment with the vibrational resonance of Joy - this sustains your Spirit well into the weekend and following week. We finish with a cacao drink around the fire (weather permitting) and oracle card decks will also be available if you wish to pull a card and sit with that - be in your own space or socialise around the fire.
