During a ‘Crystal Healing and Aura Cleanse’ session I am using crystals as a guide to unblocking and balancing your energy centers. When our energy centers are not in balance they affect our emotional well being as well as our physical well being. Some examples of symptoms of unbalanced/blocked energy centers are: frequent headaches, constipation, anxiety, depression, recurring sore throat, recurring cough, muscle spasms etc. During the session I am using a pendulum as well as crystals/stones to clear out any energetic blocks in your energetic body. After that I will invite Reiki into each main energy centers in your body so they are balanced. Once I have opened every energetic blockage, I will then cleanse your aura. An Aura Cleanse will help you attract new energy. If you have felt stuck or like the energy around you isn't shifting this is a great service to get started with. This service can be done in person and distance. After the cleanse (if distant) you will receive a short voice note that will detail what felt unbalanced, what I saw/felt and any recommendations I have. For 30 minutes I will channel Reiki to you which will work to clear out any challenging energy, help balance and open your energy centers, and give you a protective energetic shield. I will be using my intuition to focus in and channel reiki to any place in your body that needs it. Reiki works to activate the natural healing process in your body to help you purge, process and move through any emotional blockages that may be hindering you from feeling motivated, energized, at peace and physically healthy. Reiki can be sent to the past, present and future. Which means that a practitioner doesn’t have to only focus on what is going on in the present moment. They can send healing energy to a future event or time so that when that event happens to you, you are receiving the healing energy during that time. After your Reiki session you will receive a short voice note with information of what I felt, saw and sensed during your session as well as some guidance from your spirit team. This is a great session for someone who wants a more full session to clear out and explore everything that is happening energetically. This can be done in person as well as distant. For distant Reiki you do not need to block out the time in your schedule to receive reiki, or be available at all during that time. You can simply book and know that during the time you scheduled I will be channeling Reiki to you and connecting to your spirit. However, I highly recommend craving out time after, if you can't during the session, to process and see what, if any, information comes up for you during meditation or journaling. For new clients, I will call you 5 minutes before a distant reiki session to explain in further detail what a distant reiki session is! Before booking I ask that you have a specific intention in mind so that I can better understand and work with what you need. For example, If you are currently processing your childhood you may want me to focus on your inner child and send healing to a past time period when you were a child.
