We currently offering 1 class per week: Saturday 7:30am - a slow flow / fundamentals of yoga and meditation class And, the 1st Wednesday of each month at 3:45 - Yin yoga class (led by Christine) that focuses on stillness and relaxation Please show up for class in comfortable clothing 5 minutes before start time so that class may begin and end on time. All you need to bring is an open mind - no yoga experience required.

We offer personal training for all levels of fitness and age categories.  We work with you to get perfect formand structure while you are performing different strength, cardiovascular, balance, and flexibility exercises.  We performa physical assessment with you before we start to see where you are starting from and then design workoutsbased on your fitness and physical goals.  In some instances, you must be cleared by a physician to start any type ofphysical training program and/or nutrition planning.  Ask us about our small group (2-3 people) training to learn in smallergroups and help you save some money.

Relax and Meditate in our meditation room.  Different types of meditation include mindfulness, thankfulness and gratefulness, focused breathing, body awareness and full body scan, stress reduction and relaxation, and tapping.Learn how to take your meditative state with you everywhere you go, at home, at the office, at school, in your car, and how to incorporate meditation techniques into your workout routines.

Les Wall Unit sont des cours semi-collectifs qui se déroulent à la fois au sol et sur des équipements spécifiques. Ils permettent d’obtenir un équilibre parfait entre objectifs individuels et cours semi-collectifs.Le but premier du Wall Unit est de travailler le dos et les bras, de renforcer et d’affiner les jambes et les fessiers.Les cours sont organisés par niveau : Découverte / Débutant / Intermédiaire / Avancé / Master.5 personnes maximum sont admises par cours.

Les Duo Reformer Class sont des sessions de Reformer à 2 en cours particuliers qui tiennent compte de l’historique et des besoins corporels de chacun. Les cours particuliers privilégient la qualité et la précision de l’exécution des mouvements pour des résultats très rapides. Une séance est composée de nombreux exercices effectués en petites séries.Il est possible après 10 à 20 séances de Private Class de passer en Duo ou en Trio avec des personnes de même niveau.
