Come and join us for Pink Ribbon Pilates to keep fit, stay strong and make some new friends. Pink Ribbon Pilates is adapted to all treatments and stages of breast cancer which means this keep fit class is perfect for women who want to be active, moving and motivated whatever their stage of breast cancer survivorship. We can allow booking of 9 participants for each class.

Your first class is £5You are welcome from 14 weeks of pregnancy until your baby arrives. No previous Yoga experience is necessary.

Pirmo susitikimo metu atliekamas funkcinių judesių ir laikysenos vertinimas ("FMS" – funkcinių judesių vertinimo metodika; "The Biomechanics Method" - lėtinio skausmo slopinimo metodika, "Dinaminė neuroraumeninė stabilizacija" - judesių vertinimo, vystymo ir koregavimo metodika), identifikuojami asmens tikslai ir poreikiai. Testavimas yra skirtas nustatyti: raumenų aktyvumą  ir pajėgumą (aktyvūs/pasyvūs raumenys); gebėjimą atlikti prigimtinius funkcinius judesius (stūmimas, traukimas, ėjimas); laikysenos pokyčius ir su tuo susijusius skausmus (stuburo, galvos, pečių, kelių, klubo sąnarių, raumenų) bei galimas rizikas (padidėję/sumažėję stuburo linkiai,  traumos, fizinio pajėgumo stoka,  širdies darbo pajėgumo stoka, viršsvoris ir kt.).   Po susitikimo el. paštu  gausite išvadas, rekomendacijas ir jei bus noro bei galimybių planuosime tolimesnį darbą konkretiems tikslams pasiekti. Gauti rezultatai, jei jie yra taisytini, dažniausiai yra pirmas tikslas jums ir treneriui, nuo ko pradėsite darbą kartu. Testavimas yra neintensyvus ir nereikalauja jokio fizinio pasirengimo.
