The Rocket practice is a challenging yet fun set sequence of Asanas. It was created with the Ashtanga practice in mind, derived to "get you there fast". As always, you are encouraged to step to your mat and find your flow. Or, "you do you"! If you need rest, take rest. If you know of variations you like to practice, add them in. It really is your practice, I am just your guide.A link for the class will be sent to your email address.

In this class we focus on connection with the muscles that support us all day long. Our hips, and our core. Weak muscles through the hips and core are often the root cause of my lower back aches and pains, and also hamstring and knee pain.By drawing our full attention to these areas, and working to actively stretch, strengthen and mobilize, we create a better connection with the entire body. Bring your yogi practice to new heights!! Please wear form fitting long pants and long sleeves to assist in preventing silk burn on your skin. Active wear should be free of zippers, buttons, drawstrings and hoods for your safety and the protection of the silk. All jewelry should be removed before class.

Taking the strength and flexibility we have learned in Aerial Yoga to the next level by adding in transition movements and creating musicality. Every class we will be working on a new routine bringing art form to our aerial journey!
