General Appointments provide comprehensive family practice services, including employment and immigration health certificates and physicals. First-time cash-paying patients are charged $100.00 per visit. NHI patients must include their NIB# upon booking. All new patients must present photo ID and register online prior to their visit. A $20.00 surcharge applies for no-shows or late cancellations (within 1 hour of appointment time). Choose “annual visit” for annual physicals.
