No-Show, Late Cancellation & Studio Clean-Up PolicyTo keep Open Studio access fair, safe, and functional for all students, the following rules are strictly enforced:Failure to show up for a booked session, or cancelling late without reasonable notice, will be recorded as a no-show. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be reported to Program Coordinator Stephen Dominick and could result in limited or suspended Open Studio access for the remainder of the semester.Studio Clean-Up RequirementsAll users must begin tearing down and cleaning their set at least 15 minutes before the end of their booked session. Studio cleanliness will be checked.This includes, but is not limited to: All props returned neatly to their proper locations Fabric must be folded properly and placed back into the fabric cabinet — not shoved or crammed Gels must be returned to the correct colour drawer, with all tape fully removed Seamless paper must be returned neatly, rolled tightly and correctly Do not leave paper ripped, stepped on, or loose Cut off and discard any excess used paper Any damaged, torn, or dirty paper must be cut clean and re-rolled tightly, not taped over messily Seamless must be secured properly with tape after re-rolling Any equipment, paper, fabric, or space left messy, damaged, or improperly reset after a session may be treated as a policy violation and can impact future booking privileges. If you can’t make your booking, cancel as early as possible. Respect the space, the equipment, and the students who book after you.

Registration will be at Wilson Park in Stanley. Please check in 15 minutes before your start time to get instructions and prepare. If you do not check in by your start time your game will be rescheduled or forfeit if there are no available times. The game will take you to a separate location which can be reached by walking, biking or driving. Dress in your very best 80s outfit and enter the daily costume contests too!
