This is the first step in your journey with The Human(kind) Initiative.In this 30 minute video call, I will attempt to get a snapshot of your current health picture and goals. We will also touch on the methodology in Ryan's practical approach to health coaching, which is centered around his personal experience, ancestral principles, and modern science. 

These sessions are highly individual, however, the core of the conversation will focus on our 3 tenets for optimal health: real food; functional movement; and spiritual discipline. It is Ryan's belief that by leveraging ancestral and functional principles, modern science, and your own intuition, we will move closer to lifting the veil of the world to let the sun shine on your humankind-ness.
