Our Private Swim Lessons focus on teaching our swimmers how to stay safe around water and helping them develop skills that will keep them physically active for a lifetime.  Each certified instructor considers it a priority, and a responsibility to prevent drowning and improve health outcomes by cultivating physical, cognitive, and social-emotional well-being through swimming.  Our private lesson program is extremely flexible and can be tailored to meet individual goals.

The Manta Rays Swim Team is a competitive swim team for youth ages 5-21.  We compete in both YMCA and USA swim leagues and offer a variety of other opportunities for competitive swimming at every stage.Minimum basic skills are required to be eligible to participate on swim team.  Each new swimmer will need a skills evaluation before registration can be permitted.  If you have questions, please contact Jocelyn (jpaxton@muscatiney.org or muscatineswimclub@gmail.com) before scheduling your evaluation.

These one on one swim lessons are for competitive swimmers that would like to improve technique or form.  Competitive Privates should be reserved for those actively participating on our youth competitive YMCA/USA Swim Team or have permission from the Aquatics Director or Manta Rays Coaching Staff.

Oficinas, Despachos, Locales Comerciales.Estos pueden ser puntuales o recurrentes contratando uno de nuestros bonos en el menú de la izquierda.Nuestros servicios incluyen: Alta en SS de la empleada y Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil, así te ahorras el trámite de darla de alta y te evitas responsabilidades si hay un accidente.Puedes reservar a la misma limpiadora y en periodos de vacaciones y/o bajas enviaremos a una sustituta para que no te quedes sin el servicio.Si no estuviese contento con el operario/a de limpieza, puede solicitar otro de nuestro personal sin compromiso. Todos nuestros empleados son personas con formación y que han pasado por un proceso de selección previo, antes de realizar el servicio a desempeñar. Las tareas a realizar son las siguientes:Puestos de Trabajo: Limpieza de superficies y equipos electrónicos, barrido y fregado del suelo.Baños: Limpieza de superficies y espejos, desinfección del aseo y el inodoro, barrido fregado del suelo.Cocina/Office: Limpieza de superficies y microondas, utensilios, suelo y vaciado de basuras.Nota: Si lo requiere podemos llevar productos de limpieza, o alguna herramienta como aspiradora, mopa, etc. que  podrá incluir al final del proceso.-No incluye la limpieza de tapicerías, cortinas o cristales en zonas con riesgo de caídas. Tampoco incluye tareas como limpiar o arreglar el jardín, tratamientos de zonas con hongos o exterminación de insectos.

An Ayurvedic massage which is done with the client seated in a low backed chair. The massage focuses on the head, scalp, neck and face, extending to the arms and back. The aim is to bring balance to the mind, body and spirit.

Over time, acrylics grow out with your nails. Every two to three weeks, you should return to me to have your nails filled in. I fill in other people’s work. 

This will last at least 40-50 minutes. I have a variety of gel and nail polish colors that would satisfy you as my clients.
