Our one-to-one wellbeing sessions offer a safe and confidential space to talk, reflect, and develop practical coping strategies that suit your individual needs.We can support you with areas such as anxiety, low mood, stress, PTSD, relationship struggles, anger, and confidence building. Each session focuses on understanding your experiences, recognising your strengths, and promoting sustainable positive growth — emotionally, mentally, and practically.Support is available in person (Farnborough & Basingstoke) or online via Zoom or Google Meet, with flexible appointments and no waiting lists. + Discounts on block bookings 

Our 6-week Anger Management Course is designed to help you understand and manage anger in a healthy, constructive way. Across six one-hour sessions, we’ll explore what triggers your anger, how it affects your thoughts and behaviour, and develop practical tools to stay calm and in control in difficult situations.You’ll learn how to:Recognise early warning signs and triggersUse relaxation and grounding techniquesCommunicate more effectivelyBuild healthier responses to stress and frustrationStrengthen emotional awareness and self-controlThis course offers a safe, supportive space to reflect, learn, and grow — helping you build confidence and create positive change in everyday life.Sessions can be attended in person (Farnborough/Basingstoke) or online via Zoom or Google Meet.

Our Life Admin service offers practical, one-to-one help with the everyday tasks that often feel overwhelming. This includes support with forms, bills, budgeting, debt consolidation, appointments, letters, and other important paperwork.We work together to bring structure and calm to areas of daily life that may have become stressful or unmanageable — helping you regain control, reduce anxiety, and feel more organised and confident moving forward.Support can be provided in person or remotely, with flexible sessions tailored to your individual needs.£25 per hour - discounts for block bookings (you would be surprised how much can be done in 1 hour !)

A secure video-based session via Teams or WhatsApp, ideal for clients who prefer the convenience of remote access. Online counselling maintains the same level of confidentiality and care as in-person sessions

IMPORTANT SERVICE CONDITIONS Our HALF MASK FACE FIT service ensures the proper fitting of your half mask respirator for optimal safety and compliance, ensuring the mask is suitable and adequate for you. Please follow the requirements listed below on the day of the service. If these requirements are not met, we will unfortunately be unable to provide the service.Be clean-shaven (within 8 hours) and ensure no facial hair interferes with the mask's seal. Bring your own mask and any additional PPE (e.g., hard hat, glasses, or ear defenders) for the fitting. Avoid smoking or vaping 1 hour prior.Refrain from eating or drinking (except for water) 15 minutes before the session.

Our expert technician conducts thorough tests to evaluate the efficiency of your respiratory protective equipment. Please follow the requirements listed below on the day of the service. If these requirements are not met, we will unfortunately be unable to provide the service.You must bring your complete full face kit with you, including all parts. Please ensure the mask is clean and has been decontaminated. Additional £50 charge will occur if the mask needs cleaning. Please be aware that if any parts need to be replaced in order to pass the respirator test, additional charges may apply.
