Together We Play is a welcoming community play group designed to foster connection, creativity, and fun for young children and their caregivers. Through interactive activities, social play, and guided learning experiences, children build friendships and developmental skills in a safe, nurturing environment. It’s a space where families come together to play, grow, and support one another.

The Babysitters Circle offers trusted, in-home childcare through a network of caring and qualified babysitters. Whether you need time for errands, work, or rest, our sitters provide engaging, high-quality care tailored to your child’s needs. Services require a 3-hour minimum and a booking fee of $25. Sitter rates start at $16/hour for one child and +$2/per each additional child.

This session can be done in a group, individually, virtual and in-person, and in a public, local setting. I teach and offer suggestions on how you can practice mindfulness in your life when handling yourself and others.Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

This is a writing session with a provided, guided writing prompt. Some prompts are pre-thought but some can be customized in the moment. However, all writing prompts are intuitively guided and given to aid in the healing your trauma, mental and emotional growth, maturing, soul nurturing, and/or for the recharging of your soul. If you have any prompts you wish to use in the moment instead of using the one that I provide, that is welcomed and encouraged. I will only suggest that the writing prompt you use relates to the specific healing I intend for your session. Bring notebook and writing utensils.This workshop can be done in a group or individually and can be accessed virtual or in-person. Guided Meditation that I will be doing along with you.  Virtual ONLY FOR NOW.You will leave feeling more energetically grounded, centered, emotionally/mentally calm, muscles loosened, lightweight, sometimes sleepy but I do provide a quick "wake up" exercise (5-10mins) for those feeling sleepiness. "Wake up" exercise time will be included in the meditation time not added as additional time.
