Your private lesson will customized to your unique goals, experience and fitness level. Whether you are new to the art or a seasoned veteran, your private instruction will focus on achieving your goals from an instructor with a lifetime of experience.In response to Covid-19, and in anticipation of reopening, we will be operating under our Social Distancing and Sanitation Protocols, as well as state and local guidelines. Participants will be asked to abide by protocols and sign an updated waiver that outlines Covid-19 precautionary measures. 

All Levels classes will be modified to enforce Social Distance Protocol. Warm-up includes jumping rope and stretching. The warm-up is followed by drills or shadow boxing without a partner, using combinations (e.g. strike-block-kick, or jab-cross-hook) demonstrated by the instructor. These drills are done in timed rounds and include the use of heavy bags. Drills are geared toward technique while others are geared toward cardio and endurance. The class is 1 hour in length.
