Eltern und Babys bekommen in angenehmer Atmosphäre Raum für Nähe und wohltuende Entspannung, man erlernt sanfte Griffe die dem Wohlbefinden des Babys helfen. Durch die Berührungen und Massagegriffe können die Babys Stress besser bewältigen, bleiben Gelassener und gesünder. Die Massage hat positive Auswirkungen auf die Körperfunktionen und die Gehirnentwicklung des Babys. Der 5 Wochenkurs ist für Babys im Alter von der 4 bis max. 20 Wochen geeignet.)

mit Frau Rost vom DRK (Teilnahme mit Baby möglich)Die Veranstaltungen richten sich speziell an Eltern/ Großeltern mit Babys und Kleinkindern. Ziel ist es, nicht nur über Gefahren im Alltag mit Kindern zu sprechen, sondern auch Unterschiede bei Hilfeleistungen im Gegensatz zum Erwachsenen aufzuzeigen. Man wird befähigt, einen Notfall sicher zu erkennen, einen Notarzt rechtzeitig zu alarmieren und notwendige Erste-Hilfe-Maßnahmen, wie Herz-Lungen-Wiederbelebung durchzuführen.

Unser gesundes Frühstück ist ein offenes Angebot für Eltern mit Kindern von 0-3 Jahren. Hier sind Zeit und Raum zum Kennenlernen und um Erfahrungen auszutauschen.
