La séance découverte est la toute première séance !Elle représente la rencontre entre vous, votre cheval et moi-même.Je dis toujours que la séance découverte est la plus impactante : c'est à ce moment-là, que beaucoup de prises de conscience apparaissent chez l'humain, et que le cheval comprend pour la première fois que l'humain est dans une démarche bienveillante de compréhension (problématique spécifique, démarche de renforcement de la relation, exercices de désensibilisation/connexion).Légèrement plus longue que les séances de suivi, elle est spécialement prévue pour laisser le temps à la discussion sur vos impressions et ressentis quotidiens, sur mes observations comportementales et sur la mise en pratique des solutions adaptées.

Les séances de suivi regroupent toutes les rencontres qui font suite à la séance découverte.Elles sont essentielles, car après cette première séance, qui ouvre souvent la porte à une véritable prise de conscience en tant qu’humain, votre approche, votre vision et votre manière d’interagir évoluent. Il devient alors primordial de poursuivre sur cette voie de compréhension, d’adopter un rythme de vie adéquat avec votre cheval et de maintenir régulièrement les bonnes habitudes, les exercices adaptés et une communication juste. De plus, si de nouveaux exercices d’apprentissage ont été introduits lors de la séance découverte, la séance de suivi intervient quelque temps plus tard afin de confirmer que le travail réalisé entre-temps a été sérieux et bénéfique. Cela permet ensuite d’établir de nouvelles pistes d’amélioration et de proposer des exercices supplémentaires.

Overview Reading This reading provides a look at the main areas of your life and shows you what themes are influencing you right now, their links to the past and what the future offers by way of opportunity. I use the Osho Zen cards as a focus for the session which is recorded and you are welcome to take a photo of the cards as they are laid out. These readings take around an hour.

Comprehensive Reading This reading provides an in depth reflection of your life and the factors which are impacting on it. It provides more time for you to ask questions and explore some of the key things that emerge from the reading with me, during the session. I use the Osho Zen cards as a focus for the session during which we can explore the questions you bring in addition to what is revealed during the reading. These sessions also provide opportunity for loved ones in the spirit world to come through during the session. These sessions take up to 90 minutes.

Therapeutic Reading In this session, you bring a difficulty you are experiencing in your life that you would like to gain a psycho-therapuetic perspective on. I will then help you to understand the factors which are influencing the problem, where they began and offer some practical tips on how to support yourself through the difficulty. I will be drawing on my experience as a counsellor and therapist as well as using the Osho Zen cards as a focus for the session. These sessions take up to 90 minutes and you must come with a difficulty in mind.
