Designed for people with mobility issues, who are a little older, who are just beginning or who require more assistance.  This strength training uses weight machines and free weights to help you master compound movements like the Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull, and Carry movements.  Each client is  given their own program based on their own goals and will be coached on these movements, with variations offered to tailor for individual body types, mobility issues, or injuries.  This training will get you strong, lean and defined.

Pump It Up is a full-body strength workout that shapes and tones muscles, boosts core strength, and improves bone health. Pump It Up uses high-rep, low-weight training based on scientific principles to promote muscle adaptation.  Combining proven exercises, a motivating instructor, and great music, Pump It Up enables you to achieve more than you would when working out alone.
