Join us in our research lab. In this short in-person study, your child will watch videos of people playing with toys in different ways. Then, your child will play with the toys. We will examine whether your child plays with the toys like members of one group over another! This study examines children's preferences for in-group members. This study is short, easy, and lots of fun! Study takes place at: 2521 Amsterdam Avenue, New York, NY 10033

In this short Zoom study, your child will watch videos of a robot and a person pointing at the location of different toys. Then children will be asked to locate the toy. Children will also answer questions about the robot and the person in the videos.

In this online Zoom research study, your child will hear stories about different characters. Then your child will be asked questions about the stories they have heard. Participating takes 15-20 minutes. Theory of Mind is our ability to recognize that others may have different thoughts, beliefs, and emotions.
