You are not permitted to sauna whilst under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  Avoid alcohol, caffeine, nicotine or any other stimulants in the lead up to your sauna session, these may interfere with your ability to relax.  You are responsible for your own management of any medical conditions you may have, if you have been advised by a medical expert not to use a sauna or Ice bath, then don't, we do not provide advice on any medical condition's.Upon arrivalRemove jewellery and leave valuables outside the cabin, you may use the sauna with swimwear or underwear.  You may access the sauna audio system via bluetooth, speakers device name is X25.  Leave your device outside the sauna room in the changing area as it may overheat.DuringThe most effective infrared therapy is to sit with your back against the back wall heaters for best perspiration, there is a clock on the wall, in the first 10-20 minutes, you may not sweat outwardly; it may take several sessions for your system to begin to perspire, when the temperature is at the set level of 60°c the heaters will turn off and on periodically, maintaining the desired temperature, if the air temp feels too hot inside, you may open the door slightly to let in some fresh air or step outside. Always rehydrate with water during your session, we provide bottled water in our vending machine, or bring your own bottle.AfterRehydrate with water after your session, leave it at least 45 minutes before getting a shower to allow your body to fully stop sweating and to allow all toxins to leave your body.WarningDo not directly touch the heaters with any part of your body. Do not throw water onto the electric heaters. Exit immediately if you feel uncomfortable, dizzy or sleepy.  Keep towels, water bottles all other combustible materials away from front heaters at all times. covering the heaters is a fire risk.
