Your journey begins with a short walk down 45 stairs to a running creek and the entrance to a cave where our session will take place. Using a variety of instruments, I will take you from a stressful brain state to a place where your body can relax and heal itself, as it knows best. The chaos of everyday life can take a toll on your body. Whether these traumas are noticed or unnoticed, the healing tones of the music and the effects of being 30 feet in the ground will allow you to reach a state of relaxation. This is where real change and healing can take place.In addition to the healing frequencies from the singing bowls and chimes, several tuning fork protocols are available to assist with: grounding, digestion, sleep, grief, anxiety and life direction. After the sound bath a drum will be played and used to moved the energy we have stirred up through our experience. The energy that had been previously stuck with you can now remain with Mother Earth.  You will be lying on a Far Infrared Biomat with 40 pounds of amethyst and tourmaline crystals to support you in your journey and keep you warm but layers and socks are recommended.
