This course will cover the following: - CBC Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Policy. - Driver Conditions. - Private Hire and Hackney Carriage vehicle conditions. - Private Hire Operator Conditions. - Examples of customer care. - Hackney Carriage fares. - Road signs/ Highway Code You will be required to take a knowledge test at the end of the course.

You will be required to take a knowledge test at the end of the course. This service also includes one attempt at the Driving Standards Assessment, this will be conducted on the same day as the course or as soon as possible after this day.
